In this retreat a daily quotation is chosen from the writings of Pope Francis, to which a suitable quotation from Scripture is added. Then, a picture and some music is offered to help stimulate your prayer and finally a suggestion for pondering over this subject matter. Take as much as you find helpful

Pray the famous "Spiritual Exercises" Retreat of St. Ignatius of Loyola

This is the main Retreat that we offer in the Vancouver Archdiocese.

This is geared for Young Adults seeking God’s Will for their Life; Personalized for each individual; tailored to their specific situation & issues; gets their own personal Retreat Director. This is an Intensive Retreat – extending to about 9 months.

It focuses on your Actual EXPERIENCING God, whereby — you will learn Discernment & Praying your own Life & Christ’s Life – together, at the depths of your Soul.

The Retreat is held in 2 Parts: (approx. May to June & October to April).   

Sessions are weekly in Part 1, and  monthly in Part 2

Requirements include:

  • daily: 1 hour prayer period – plus 15 minutes short prayer
  • weekly online meetings with your personal Retreat Director.
  • online instructional session (using Microsoft Teams & Skype) 
  • a silent retreat day (9am – 5pm: on a specified Saturday)

Application deadline: March 14, 2024
