Service opportunities
Service opportunities are available in the following ministries. Specifically we are looking for volunteers in:
Sacramental Preparation
– First Communion Preparation: Secondary instructor needed to help with prepare sessions or to provide the session in the event of instructor absence
– RCIA: Instructor needed to help with program development and facilitating sessions
Liturgy
Extraordinary Ministries
– Lectors, Altar servers, Eucharistic Ministers
Music Ministry
– Vocalists, instrumentalists
Technical
– Sound tech, Zoom/live streaming
– Service of food and snacks after mass and for special events. Read more here….

– Visitation of the long term care patients at Purdy Pavillion on the UBC Campus.
Volunteer Screening
To ensure the safety of our community, especially the vulnerable, minors and the volunteer themselves, we require the volunteers undergo a brief training session and screening. For more information, please contact the Parish Office.
